What to do in recession

Crisis and famine is here to stay as long as we have a financial system run by greedy self-centered people that do not fear God. The Bible says ...in the last days perilous times shall come... we are living in perilous time and there is a need for you to understand this.

The good news is we do not need to be afraid of what the world will become as long as we have a firm foundation in the Word. The fear of man leadeth to a snare so we should not be afraid what man will do to us as long as we are in the Word. A life not centered on the word will always be subject to the prevailing circumstances but one who chooses to live in the Word the Word will prevail over these circumstances as you allow the word to grow mightily on you. 

Read this scripture and I will teach you how to survive when famine comes knocking in your life. In Genesis we see three major famines that hit the land the first one was in Genesis 12:10 Abraham the man of promise the man of faith found him self in a famine then second we see Isaac in a famine this is found in Genesis 26:1 Now there was a famine in the land, besides the former famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Gerar to Abimelech king of the Philistines. 2 And the LORD appeared to him and said, "Do not go down to Egypt; dwell in the land of which I shall tell you. 3 Sojourn in this land, and I will be with you and will bless you, for to you and to your offspring I will give all these lands, and I will establish the oath that I swore to Abraham your father. 4 I will multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and will give to your offspring all these lands. And in your offspring all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, 5 because Abraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws."

The third famine is in Egypt from Genesis 41-47 at the end of the famine Pharaoh owned everything as money had failed and the people has sold themselves to him. Proverbs says for a piece of bread a man will sell his soul and this is what happened. What I want you to note is the key to surviving a famine. In all three case studies we see there was an instruction that was given by God and obedience to the instruction determined the survival of the affected people or person.

Jeremiah says if you are willing and obedient you will eat the Good of the land. If you are going to survive the famines that will come into your life or into the nation you are in you need to hear and obey the voice of God. There is no other way out. God said to Isaac don’t go down to Egypt but remain in the land of the Philistines. He obeyed and God blessed him and made him so wealthy the Philistines envied him. God wants to bless you so much that you will cause a stirring in the people around you. He wants your life to testify of the greatness of your God. Unfortunately many Christians do not obey the voice of God much hear Him when He speaks. It will do you a lot of good to train yourself to hear Gods voice and to respond to that voice in faith. This is a matter of life and death.

Because Isaac obeyed and did not just what his father had done previously God caused him to be so fruitful in the land this clearly indicates that God is willing and able to bless you beyond measure regardless of where you are or the prevailing economic environment. If our success was dependent of the right economic climate then we would have no need of God or His ability to cause us to be fruitful. But because a lot of times the odds are against us God has put laws that govern this area so we can always end up on top. The hundredfold anointing flowed so strong that a foreigner became the most influential service and goods provider in the nation. (Now that’s shouting ground right there)

According to economists Africa is only beginning to feel the full impact of the global recession that his our planet. Unemployment is increasing, SME’s are shutting down agriculture, mining and manufacturing have been adversely affected and the environment is generally one of fear. This is exactly what satan wants to happen. He thrives in an environment of fear particularly if it is mass fear [Moving a whole group of people into fearing something resulting in a form of mass paralysis. This often happens when war breaks out, when a pandemic like HIV prevails or when there is rumours of yellow fever, small pox, ebola or some other sickness that is life threatening.

Those that do not have a firm word foundation will be moved into making irrational decisions that hinder their personal growth and development. If in the good times you had trained yourself to hear and obey the voice of God then you will be spared the pain and sorrow of going through these painful seasons, but if you have been hard headed and stubborn even as a believer then you will have to carry the pain of the consequences and this is where we ask silly questions like “why is he going through this thing he is a believer?...” Well when a believer does not hear Gods instructions he will go through the sorrow that is unnecessary. Your answers are always hidden in an instruction.

Last example then I rest my case. We read in 2^nd Kings 8 that the Prophet Elisha spoke a word to the woman of Shunam and says get out of this land and sojourn wherever you can for God has called a famine in the land for seven years. A famine was coming and she is instructed to travel to any other land a dwell there for seven years and she obeys the instruction and saves herself and her son. She could have disobeyed and we don’t know what could have happened but she was spared the sorrow because of obedience.

Notice Abraham went to Egypt, Isaac stayed in Gerar and the Shunemite went to a land of her choice. This shows us that there is no formula the key is obedience, its doing what God instructs you to do. The recession in Africa has affected many people, what has God told you to do, what is the prevailing prophetic word that God is speaking to the church? Notice she had a relationship with the prophet, she had sown seed and continued to sow seed into his life and ministry. She had a supernatural perception that enables her to see the anointing he carried and connect with it. This resulted in major miracles happening in her life. In fact some 14 years later she was able to get restitution for the seven years she was away. All the crops (Business she had lost was restored because of divine connection)

Two things that are key to survive the famines that you will come across

1.     Get an instruction from the Lord on what course of action you are to follow

2.     Be connected to an anointing that will open doors for you. Don’t just go to any church go to the church he instructs you to be under. Those that are planted in the house of the Lord shall be fat and flourishing they shall be still bearing fruit in their old age

Billionaires Connect testimony

Greetings I would like to share with you a testimony from someone who attended the June Billionaires Connect Meeting. The mandate that God gave was “Teach my people the Word until it produces fruit” I endevour to do this through our worship services and the avenue of Bdellium School of Business and Billionaires Connect. I encourage you to connect and be blessed. The Word of God works and we want to see it work in you. This testimony helps you to see what can possibly happen in your life and business when you step into the river of the favour of God and supernatural business. This email was written on the 23 of June 3 Mondays after the meeting which was held on the 2nd of June. I declare that its your turn to testify.

Just want to give you a more detailed version of the testimony of the tenders:

After the June Billionaires Connect class I attended a meeting in ---- (on Thursday [detail removed]). This municipality wanted to meet with us, as they were contemplating cancelling a tender they had awarded.  It looks like they wanted to give it to friends, its for a Performance management system/ framework.

I had prepared a presentation to make at this meeting, but as I was sitting the Holy Spirit gave me points to talk about. Strange enough, these where the points they had already agreed that if not found in my presentation, they would not appoint us. This God is too much!!!. All I had started to do after the class, was to identify the scarcity/ problem areas in a normal municipality on Performance management and when I got to this meeting, that's what I was prompted to talk about rather than the long presentation I had. The tender is R1.5 million over 3 years.

Two days after this meeting, my business partner called to say we were awarded another tender for R200K. They told him that after meeting me, they were convinced that they had the right company to assist them with many things.  This 2nd tender is for Job evaluation for the whole municipality. This work is meant to be done in one month, but it might take us 3 months due to management changes (two already) in the municipality.

Our company does not have experience in both Performance management and Job evaluation. However, while I was working in -----(Detail withheld) District Municipality, I was a jack of all trades, and mastered all trades in the process (kikikikiki). I was primarily responsible for assisting the Director in running the Strategic Management Department (core functions being, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, IT and Communication). However, I did and mastered these and ended up being used to start up new and problematic units, Performance management, project management and job evaluation.

In summary, I NOW know that it is true when said that we should not despise the days of small beginnings because at some stage I felt abused at the municipality, I did everyone's work, I did everything, made enemies in the process (lol), I was the most unpopular person in the history of the municipality YET the Lord is now using that experience to create wealth. I am humbled.

Another summary, by training I have a Masters in Information Systems and a B Comm in Accounting, but I am currently working in an Engineering company which does strategy development for municipalities on water issues. I am looking forward to opening my own Consultancy firm next year.  This year is ending differently for me in Jesus' name.

Money Just Comes

My Story of His Glory

Four years ago the Lord spoke to me in a worship service that there is coming in the church a financial revival and there will arise Kingdom Financiers that will cause the Work in the church to be executed with speed. When this Word came to me the Lord placed on me that day an anointing that I call the “money lust comes” anointing, or rather it was activated and to a measure I began to see God move in extraordinary ways in the area of resource’s. However because I had a stable income then I never really placed a demand for that anointing to work fully in my life. Comfort became an enemy of increase.

However there came a day when I lost my steady income and needed God El Shaddai to manifest in my family as the situation was desperate, my wife and I agreed on obeying the word of God all the way and walking in the anointing and the power of the Word of God. That’s when the river really began to flow and the Lord began to teach me some of the most amazing principles in His Word about finances. I would have never seen myself as a teacher of Kingdom Finances I saw myself as one called to get the church full of the Holy Ghost and boy did I enjoy flowing in that anointing.

The Lord then spoke and said to me yes I want you to flow in the prophetic anointing and get people refreshed in the Holy Ghost but I want you to teach my people the Word and get them out of debt and into financial increase. The instruction seemed so out of character but as a matter of rule I have never argued with the Lord when He gives an instruction so I immediately obeyed and began to study the Word and research about Kingdom Financiers and financial revival and wow was I surprised that the Word of God is so full of amazing teachings on this subject and how satan has kept us in the dark on this very important teaching. We have walked in it in part but God would want to have us walk in the fullness thereof and be a blessing to many.

He said it will be line upon line and line upon line here a little and there a little but the path of the just is as a way that becomes brighter until its as bright as the noon day sun. Glory to God.

This has been the journey and the Lord has brought so much light on the subject of finances and we are determined o teach and share this with the Body of Christ. In our lives ever since we began to walk in these teachings we have seen people secretly paying fees for our kids at school, money flowing into our lives on a regular basis we are giving tithes on a regular basis as the Lord has opened multiple revenue streams. I have seen our family income multiply significantly. Someone came and said the Lord has led me to sow a c180 into your lives, people have come to sow shoes, suits, hair nails food etc the list is endless. You may be saying is this all there is to this anointing? By all means no not at all but just knowing the God is mindful of you and is supplying your needs according to His riches in glory is a wonderful thing. Now I have set my faith on advancing the Kingdom and thinking what shall we eat.

I want you to know that God loves you and is mindful of all you are going through and would want to you to walk free from all worry about these things so learn how to walk in the money just comes anointing and see your life change as you sow more and more into the Kingdom for the gospel to be preached. I have watched as people came to church broke, unemployed and struggling and as the Word is taught and they receive they begin to see provision in their lives. Wow this is what Jesus said to John the Baptists disciples. Go and tell John the poor have the gospel preached to them and their lives are changing.

May I close with one of my favorite Money Just comes scriptures and I pray you will be blessed as I have been. Please read it carefully and let the truths of the scripture sink into your heart and soon you will be walking in the money just comes anointing.

"Keep and live out the entire commandment that I’m commanding you today so that you’ll live and prosper and enter and own the land that God promised to your ancestors. Remember every road that God led you on for those forty years in the wilderness, pushing you to your limits, testing you so that he would know what you were made of, whether you would keep his commandments or not. He put you through hard times. He made you go hungry. Then he fed you with manna, something neither you nor your parents knew anything about, so you would learn that men and women don’t live by bread only; we live by every word that comes from God ’s mouth. Your clothes didn’t wear out and your feet didn’t blister those forty years. You learned deep in your heart that God disciplines you in the same ways a father disciplines his child. So it’s paramount that you keep the commandments of God, your God, walk down the roads he shows you and reverently respect him. God is about to bring you into a good land, a land with brooks and rivers, springs and lakes, streams out of the hills and through the valleys. It’s a land of wheat and barley, of vines and figs and pomegranates, of olives, oil, and honey. It’s land where you’ll never go hungry—always food on the table and a roof over your head. It’s a land where you’ll get iron out of rocks and mine copper from the hills. After a meal, satisfied, bless God, your God, for the good land he has given you. Make sure you don’t forget God, your God, by not keeping his commandments, his rules and regulations that I command you today. Make sure that when you eat and are satisfied, build pleasant houses and settle in, see your herds and flocks flourish and more and more money come in, watch your standard of living going up and up—make sure you don’t become so full of yourself and your things that you forget God, your God, the God who delivered you from Egyptian slavery; the God who led you through that huge and fearsome wilderness, those desolate, arid badlands crawling with fiery snakes and scorpions; the God who gave you water gushing from hard rock; the God who gave you manna to eat in the wilderness, something your ancestors had never heard of, in order to give you a taste of the hard life, to test you so that you would be prepared to live well in the days ahead of you. If you start thinking to yourselves, “I did all this. And all by myself. I’m rich. It’s all mine!”—well, think again. Remember that God, your God, gave you the strength to produce all this wealth so as to confirm the covenant that he promised to your ancestors—as it is today." Deuteronomy 8.
