One of the reasons why people remain in the realm of average income is that they never exert enough time and energy developing the mindset or paradigms needed for wealth creation, retention and development. I have invested time in studying this with the intent of changing my own personal position financially. What I discovered was so simple yet so profound that I began this blog with the intent of sharing those principles. I had to slow down a little, as I still needed to process some of the things the Lord began to show me.
I do feel a release this year to share more of what God has shared with me. The assignment being that of moving you into the flow of wealth He has prepared for you. The Lord spoke to me recently and said ''There are not enough significant revenue streams flowing into the hand of my people'' this is a series statement because it means there a lot of significant revenue streams out there but few are in the right hands for us to do what needs to be done. We need to change that; we need to make things happen for covenant people so we can get the job done. How are we to do this? You ask. Well thanks for asking.
This blog is about the second thing that God spoke to me. He said ''Wealth generally flows to where there is a concentration of ideas'' this is simple yet profound. Its profound in that if you will research you will find this to be true. Where there is great wealth or any wealth at all there is an idea or some ideas. General electric is a concentration of well-organized ideas, Vodacom is a combination of Voice, Data and communication ideas hence the name Vodacom. Look at any example and you will find this to be true. The return on investment is proportional to the value of the ideas invested in; this has always been the way it works.
Where does this leave you? Well it leaves you at a place where you need to make up your mind and say I will become a centre for the generation and development of wealth creating ideas. I did a blog a little while back called wealth is created in communities. The thesis was just this that if you are going to experience significant increase in your wealth factor you will have to create or be a part of a community that is or can generate wealth. There has to be a coming together of people with a certain mindset. You have to be clear what you want to achieve and be clear about what echoes member will bring in.
Romans 12 vs. 1-3 speaks about how you can transform your life by changing your thinking because as a man thinks in his heart so is he. You need to get into a network of people whose language is different whose attitude towards money is different you will not change you balance by hanging around people that think that all rich people are thieves and robbers. These people seem to be employed to be critics of the rich and wealthy.
This process works to renew your mind and bring you to a new understanding of money and wealth creation. Soon you begin to talk investment, returns, profits and risk on investment and so on. Rich people are so busy doing something they have no time to spend gossiping about the other guy. Even when they go for golf they are talking business, what do you talk when you are playing pool or watching soccer?
Have the right mind when it comes to some of these processes that will help you reposition you for wealth. Begin to work on yourself and develop the ability to create ideas that are shared in a community of people that help develop the idea until it has a significant return on investment.
I was meditating on this the other day and the word that came to mind are these. Successful people become so because of how they see things. You see a mouse run across the floor of your house you scream and call pest control, but Walt Disney saw an idea that is now worth billions of dollar. Ideas can come out of anything anywhere and at any time as long as there is a mind willing to catch them and develop them. No idea comes ready to harvest. All ideas come disguised as something else, your job is to identify them conceptualize them and strategies them and do them and see the wealth flow in.
One of the differences between people that are entrepreneurial by nature and those that are not is that the former have the ability to see the opportunity of an idea while the later cannot. They can take a crazy useless looking idea and ask the question ''what can we do to make this work?'' while their counterparts are quick to discard light bulb moments as useless. Children that are creative and imaginative are often spanked for not being realistic and reasonable when it is unrealistic and unreasonable people that have defined the realities we now enjoy.
Through the process of concerted cultivation we can develop our minds to a place where we are creative. More so for the believer who has the advantage of having a living spirit. You can create channels of wealth that will change your life.
